where i've been (and a thing worth stealing)
Two weeks since my last email, my bad... I wasn’t on a beach in some mediterranean village... ai is in beta.
Two weeks since my last email, my bad…
I wasn’t on a beach in some mediterranean village… was actually buried in doing things
Here’s a quick snapshot of where my time went:
- SignalPost.ai is in beta. After some time of “coming soon”, we do have real humans who are using the platform. The launch was quiet and limited on purpose… We want to be more vocal when the product is ready
- SootheSciatica is taking subscriptions. $16/mo MRR or should I say $190/y if I want to sound like a SaaS founder 😂

Not a life-changing money but this prompted me to think about something that I wanted to share with you:
- a stranger somewhere on the earth, opened the app store, typed their pain into app store search bar, found the app listing, read the page, and pulled out their card.
And I haven’t run a single ad.
The listing page isn’t even that good…
The customers wrote the app listing instead.
I just did a deep dive into problems and issues people experience in this niche, research a ton with AI and leveraged the exact words that my customers used to rename the app, change the app listing description, copy and so on…
That moment reminded me to something I keep telling my clients so wanted to share it with you as well
the thing worth stealing is stupid simple, costs nothing, and only smart founders do it…
READ YOUR CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUPPORT TICKETS BEFORE YOU WRITE YOUR NEXT AD.
thats it! that’s the whole thing
Most DTC brands write copy from inside the brand.
founder voice…
brand voice…
“What we want to say”…
Meanwhile your customers are out there typing the exact words that would convert their families frends, and them too… words you’d never come up with. Words that already work.
you actually don’t need a copywriter.
you need a highlighter
Pull your last 50, 70 or even 100+ reviews (ofc if you have them, otherwsie leverage ai research). Highlight phrases that shows up.
Use them as ad hooks
PDP bullets
email subjects
Ship
I will assure you that it will beats 80% of the “creative” you’re paying for
Here’s a quick example of how I keep track on this

ok back to the updates:
- NEW WBESITE!!!
- I’ve spent a lot of time redisinging and writing a new copy for arapovk.com from scratch. Fresh look, sharper positioning (I guess), all of it. Please check and let me know your thoughts, curious if it clearly outlines what I do.

- Media buying agent with Steph.
- Steph had a cool idea, so we kicked it off. AI agent that actually buys media, not just summarizes a dashboard. Early days. If anything useful comes out of it, you’ll be the first to hear.

- Touched grass. (with proof 😂)
- More gym. More time spent outside. More chats with friends. More boring conversations about… life. Strongly recommended. Way harder than launching things, or doing marketing work.

That’s where I’ve been. Back to normal cadence next week.
Talk soon,
Kris
