I didn't start as a "growth consultant." In 2016 I worked three jobs, lived paycheck to paycheck, and was failing university. My first online client paid me $4/hour on Upwork to wake him up in the morning.
I sent dozens of proposals and got rejected. Tested products that failed. Burned my own money learning what doesn't work - and slowly figured out how performance marketing actually behaves when real money is on the line.
Today I use that system for DTC brands, consumer apps, and YC startups. Not from theory - from hundreds of campaigns, failed tests, client wins, and $100M+ in managed spend.

I got burned by an agency before. How is this different?
Most agencies sell activity: more campaigns, more dashboards, more meetings.
I fix the growth system. We diagnose the constraint first, then decide whether the answer is creative, funnel, media buying, positioning, tracking, offer, or spend allocation. The goal is a system you understand - not dependence on me.
My CAC is already high. Should I really spend more?
Not blindly. High CAC is usually a symptom - weak creative, poor funnel conversion, bad offer fit, broken tracking, or a market that stopped responding.
Before pushing spend, we find the constraint. Sometimes the answer is scaling. Sometimes it is stopping the wrong spend.
I do not have $8K+/month. What should I do?
