No, I didn't quit... I was in the trenches
I owe you an honest one.
It’s been 3 months since I hit send on the last email. No heads up, no “taking a break” message. Just silence.
That’s not how I roll, and I’m not going to pretend it is.
So what happened?
Short version: I got buried in the work.
The longer version, and the one that actually matters to you is that these past 3 months have been some of the most intense, productive months I’ve had in my career. And instead of writing about the work, I was doing it.
Here’s what I was heads-down on
Q4 was heavy. I was running creative strategy and Meta campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously… building ad systems, briefing video content, testing thousands of creative angles, scaling Google Ads, building funnels and helping DTC brands figure out what actually moves the needle when the algorithm feels like it’s working against you.
On the product side, I’ve teamed up with multiple entrepreneurs and built some interesting products that I want to talk about in the future.
Aleksandar and I built and launched adhookvault.com, a creative intelligence system packed with 500+ fill-in-the-blank hook frameworks extracted from $100M+ in ad spend. We vibe-coded the whole thing from scratch. Three products under one roof: Hook Doctor GPT (free AI tool that generates hooks on demand) and Content Matrix (the psychology-driven creative strategy system behind it).
I also shipped a brand new apps (more on that soon) and started doing deeper work on building stuff with claude code and ai…
And somewhere in there, I realized: everything I was learning in the trenches was exactly the kind of stuff I should’ve been sharing with you.
So here we are.
What’s changing
I’m bringing this newsletter back. Same promise as before… stupid-simple, high-ROI insights you can actually use. No filler. No 2,000-word essays about “marketing trends.” Just the stuff that’s working right now, based on real campaigns and products I’m building.
