two total beginners, €1.7k, 7 days of ads
7k revenue in their first 7 days of running ads let that sit for a sec zero experience. none. they’d never built a shopify store. never launched an ad.
my brother and my cousin just generated €1.7k revenue in their first 7 days of running ads

let that sit for a sec
zero experience. none.
they’d never built a shopify store. never launched an ad. never touched a single piece of marketing in their lives
they just asked me “hey how do we start a store and run some ads” and ofc i helped a little… but honestly? the ai did most of the heavy lifting
store, copy, product page, creatives, campaign setup - they prompted their way through almost all of it

these two were up late grinding it out, asking ai the dumb questions, fixing stuff, relaunching
7 days later - €1.7k in revenue
and the most important thing is that they’ve learned how to use AI, what’s MCP, how to give access to an AI agent to shopify store, how to connect higgsfield (not affiliated) to make your ads and so on and so on and so on…
read it as a warning shot
cuz they’re not special. that’s the whole point
the skill gap that used to protect your business is quietly evaporating
the thing you spent years getting good at - building a store, running ads, figuring out what actually converts - ai is about to hand all of it to anyone who asks
I spent 9 years getting decent at this stuff… that used to be my moat
now two guys with no experience did ~€2k in a week
so if THEY can do that… so can the next 10,000 people staring at the same niche you’re in
more stores. more people popping up overnight. more competition fighting for the exact same pie you’re eating from
aand it’s not slowing down
so how do you defend against this
you can’t out-skill the tools anymore
everybody gets the same tools. the gap closes. that game is over
the only move left is to go ai-native FIRST. and DEEPER. before the wave catches up
not “i use chatgpt to write captions” native
i mean turning your whole operation into an ai-leveraged machine. speed plus a compounding ops advantage the late crowd can’t copy fast enough. that’s the new moat
and i’m not theorizing here
what we did inside one of the brands i run
(can’t name it - it’s a client - so don’t ask 😄)
we didn’t hire an “ai guy.” we didn’t buy some shiny platform nobody opens
we made every single employee a prompter. the whole team went ai-native - the way they research, write, build, report, qa… all of it
two things happened:
opex got cut roughly in half
net profit went from 18% to 35%
same team. same product. way less cost, way more margin
and output went UP, not down. workflows got cleaner, less stuff sitting in someone’s head waiting for “when i have time”
here’s an example of the structure we have:

people think ai-native means cutting people and shipping less. it’s the opposite. fewer bottlenecks, more output, fatter margin
that’s the boring secret nobody posts about - it’s not one magic prompt, it’s a SYSTEM. every repeated decision turned into a workflow someone (or something) can run on command
what this means for you (and where to start)
you don’t need to copy my exact setup. you need to start the shift before everyone else finishes it
stupid-simple version:
- pick the ONE workflow that eats the most hours across your team. reporting, creative, ops, leads, whatever
- make it a repeatable ai workflow, not a one-off question (write the steps down like you’d hand them to a new hire)
- then teach ONE person on your team to run it. that’s your first prompter
- next week, do the next one. let it compound
the people who start this now build a lead that gets harder to catch every single week
the ones who wait… they become the competition i just described. the flood, not the moat
stop treating ai like a tool you open when you’re stuck. start treating it like staff you’ve already hired
aaand the thing i owe you
last week i promised you the loom on my google ads agent and didn’t deliver (the wedding ate my week)
so here it is:
it’s me walking through exactly how the google agent is set up and what it runs on its own. one of those “ai as staff, not tool” pieces in action, ties right into everything above
watch it, then go pick your first workflow 👇
