The $0.15 creatives got cheaper

Hey, last week I sent you a newsletter about generating ad creatives for $0.15 each, and the bottom P.S looked something like this:

Apparently my AI agent copy-pasted his promo without changing the name. So for a brief moment, I forgot who I was. Or my agent did. Honestly not sure which is worse…

anyway

Since the last email, we switched to a model called nano-banana-2. Same approach, way cheaper. $0.07 to $0.10 per creative…

That means 100 ad variations for under $10. Not a typo Here’s what changed and how the whole thing works now

Before we dive in, some examples

The image

  • model is nano-banana-2 by Google, running on Replicate. That’s the $0.07 part. Feed it a reference template and copy, it renders the full creative

The brain

  • Claude opus 4.6 by Anthropic. It writes the hooks, the ad copy, the visual direction. It decides what to test next based on what worked before (the data you have in the ad account, if no data, leverage research and competitors data)

The orchestration layer

  • OpenClaw. It’s what connects everything. I am working on a community to go deeper into how I use OpenClaw. I’m not using anything else now. Just BOSSMODE for everything

There’s no UI.

  • No dashboard. It’s agents talking to agents. One writes the strategy, one writes the brief, one generates the image, one does quality control

The part that surprised me

This week the system analyzed 5 days of ad performance data and noticed something. The ads with the highest click-through rates had zero purchases.

People loved clicking them. Nobody bought

The ads that actually converted? Completely different emotional angle

So the agent wrote itself a new rule called a “Buyer Intent Filter.”

Changed how it briefs every future creative without me asking it to…

I’ve been doing marketing for a decade. The insight itself isn’t new. But having an AI figure it out from raw data and update its own process… that’s different

How you could build something like this?

You don’t need to be technical. Honestly I’m not.

BOSSMODE built the system, I told it what I want and fed it with years of SOPs from what a good ads look like

But if you wanted a basic version:

  • Start with one thing. Not a full pipeline. Just an AI that writes hooks or generates creative concepts from a brief
  • Use Claude (it’s way better than any other model out there) as the brain. Give it your best performing ads as examples, your brand voice, your audience
  • Use Replicate for image generation (you can also access it through Higgsfield) nano-banana-2 for statics
  • Feed it real data. Your actual ad performance. What converted, what didn’t. That’s how it learns

My cost for this setup is ~$210/mo (yours should be way cheaper since you can get the basic models of all tools)

The full automated version took real work to build. If you want to try it yourself, the tools above will get you started. And if you’re a business owner that wants similar workflows integrated into your business, hit reply. I am more than happy to look at what we (BOSSMODE and I) can do for you!

P.S. This is definitely Kris writing this. I checked twice.

P.P.S. If you want the hook library these creatives are based on, that’s at adhookvault.com 500+ hooks, 30+ creative boards. Built by me and Aleks (who writes his own P.S. sections from now on)
