My mentor called them “moonshot” projects and it just felt right. I immediately adopted that word and now I use it for all of my “hobby” projects that I work on outside of client work.

But before the moonshots, here’s my promised weekly stupid-simple high ROI insight.

I built something for you

I put together a page with everything I use when building landing pages — the 7-step system, 10 copy frameworks, a page-type navigator, and an 80+ page DTC swipe file.

Here’s the system behind it:

• Research or data-led copywriting (angle creation)
• Pick the right framework based on context (since most of you are entrepreneurs or marketers, you already have the “hunch” to pick the right lane)
• Design reference for AI to build
• Build it in Lovable or with HTML to see the visual
• Polish and test
• Launch with my best-performing concepts/creatives, since I just want to see the CR on the landing page before changing the ads/entry point to have a seamless experience
• Print $$

That’s the same exact strategy I use for my moonshot projects, and it allows me to test angles fast. And I mean really FAST! From idea to test in <48h.

So what are the moonshot projects?

I mentioned 7+ projects in my last email, so here they are:

• Consumer SaaS client spending high six fig /mo
• DTC client (2 brands under one entity) spending $10K-$50K/mo

Yeah. It’s a lot. But that’s kind of the point. The systems I’ve built over the years is what makes it possible to move this fast across all of them. Same playbook, different angles, rinse and repeat.
